1. General
1.1 Global Value Creation Partners FZE (“GVCP” or “we”) is a limited liability free zone establishment in United Arab Emirates and registered under the rules and regulations of Dubai World Trade Centre Authority having its registered office and principal place of business at 223, 2nd Floor, Central One, Dubai World Trade Centre, United Arab Emirates.
1.2 It is licensed by Dubai World Trade Centre Authority to provide management consultancy and related services and may only undertake activities that fall within the scope of its business license. We do not provide any merchant banking, insurance, investment banking, brokerage or any other regulated financial services that require a licence within the United Arab Emirates.
1.3 This website and all information and functionalities contained therein are not directed at, or intended for distribution to or use by, any person or entity who is a citizen or resident of, or located in any jurisdiction where, for any reason, such distribution, publication, availability or use would be contrary to any applicable law or regulation or which would subject GVCP to any registration or licensing requirement within such jurisdiction. The information and opinions contained in this website do not constitute a distribution, an offer to buy or sell or the solicitation of any offer to buy or sell any securities or financial instruments in any jurisdiction in which such distribution or offer is not authorised to any person.

5. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
5.1 Any dispute arising out of these Terms and any legal action or proceeding relating to the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre. You agree to irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the DFIC courts and waive any objection you may have to actions and proceedings relating to this Website and these Terms being heard in the DFIC courts on the grounds that it is an inconvenient forum.
5.2 These Terms and the relationship between GVCP and you will be governed by English Law, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Website or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and may not bring and expressly waive bringing a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
5.3 A dispute or difference arising in relation to these Terms and the Website shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration Rules of the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The language to be used in the arbitration shall be English. The seat or legal place of arbitration shall be Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

These Terms constitutes the entire agreement between us and you with respect to your use of the Website.
